KONTXT for WordPress :: Journey Analytics with Intent Filter

This is a quick demonstration video that walks through a new feature of the KONTXT for Wordpress Demand Engine plugin. We’ve just introduced semantic intent filtering for our journey analytics feature. This filter applies natural language processing on top of your click stream data to figure out the intent behind your customers visit, what they did (or tried to do) on your site, and if they were successful (or not).

Marketers, Content producers, and Merchandisers can use this data to fix poor user experience by focusing on the events and flows that impact your goals. In addition, this new intent dimension is applied to our search optimization option.

You can turn this on in the plugin by going to Settings / Optimize search results within the KONTXT plugin. Search for “KONTXT Demand Engine” within the Wordpress plugin directory to download it for free.
