The new offering is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom 400m2 vacation Villa in Buenaventura, Panama. This offering is a tokenized loan whose collateral is the property itself. The loan repayment will yield a 10.00% expected annual income to token-holders for the first year, as RealT will waive its Platform Fee until the second year. For the following 2–4 years, the yield will be 9.80%. As is customary, token-holders will receive these distributions on Mondays. Should there be any payment default, the property itself will serve as a guarantee. It’s a win-win deal!
About the Buenaventura Token
The 18 Bristol Villa token will be a debt token. Tokenizing debt transforms traditional debt instruments into tradeable on-chain tokens, simplifying processes such as issuance, settlement, and trading. This innovation enhances liquidity, making it easier for potential investors to buy and sell debt securities. There will be no withholding tax on the 18 Bristol Villa token. All token-holders will be responsible for paying taxes in their country of residence, and they will need to report this income to their tax government accordingly.
