Announcement about withdrawal issue at IDAX exchange

Hello RealTractians!

Since November 23, 2019, RealTract team has received a lot of negative feedback on the restricted withdrawal function at IDAX exchange. Some users could not withdraw BTC, ETH and various other coins including RET token. RealTract team has tried to contact and work with the IDAX admin and has yet to receive any response from IDAX. Therefore, we make this article to make the following important announcements:

• RealTract team encourages all investors holding RET token and other coins at IDAX exchange to urgently withdraw all funds on IDAX to your independant wallet such as Trust wallet, Metamask for ERC20 or Blockchain.com. RET token can be securely stored at RET wallet for Android devices
• For RET tokens specifically, users at IDAX who are not able to withdraw the funds successfully, we will try to support and make compensation plans for RET tokens that are locked on IDAX. Although RealTract team is suffering heavy losses through this, we are committed to supporting our RealTract community with all of our effort.

The project development cost account and the buy back implementation at IDAX of RealTract team are in a non-withdrawable condition.

• The RealTract team is still striving everyday to perfect RETchain technology — Blockchain 4.0 and special programs that will take place in the near future. The incident at IDAX was something we did not expect and was truly upsetting. However, we will step forward as the long-term plans and vision will help RealTract team and the community overcome difficulties and achieve success.
