[Tech]Cell Block Processing of ReapMiddleChain

ReapMiddleChain processes time series data generated at short interval of milliseconds, which has been hard to process in existing blockchains, by distributing the data in the form of mini-block called the cell block, to maximize the transaction speed. The cell blocks are then transmitted to ReapChain to complete the final blocking.

Basically, transactions utilize international standard XML structure. Therefore, verification of the contents protocol and checking the consistency of the number is done through the XML parsing process.
