PID of Things

DID is a technology that has been used only for personal identity authentication. DID is extended its application to each device through Reap SDK’s own encryption technology to implement unique thing authentication system, PID, for data security.

PID of things is implemented with invisible ID technology that hide unique ID from unauthorized users, and mutual verification technology that enables only transmitters with double confirmation by ReapChain to communicate with IoT devices.

Reap SDK can support project modules or settings that have been developed based on the existing MCU (Micro Controller Unit). Reap SDK allows you to have interworking between codes by reusing existing native SDK code to minimize the maintenance and management costs.

Reap SDK generates a 32-byte unique ID (private key) on each IoT device and stores it in internal non-volatile memory. When a data transaction occurs, by receiving and storing the final hash information generated from ReapMiddleChain, each IoT device can verify device reliability by becoming a small node of ReapChain.
