Following the partner “KAIST ITTP” introduced last day, the partner I will introduce today is “Daehan green power.”
LN Venture Group signed a business agreement with Daehan Green Power on November 1, 2021, to establish a new renewable energy supply certificate (REC) trading platform using ReapChain.
Based on the new renewable energy development pipeline built by Green Power for the blockchain-based REC transaction platform of ReapChain, an affiliate of LN Venture Group, we expect to expand the renewable energy ecosystem.
The blockchain-based REC transaction platform is evaluated as a valuable blockchain platform that can be used in real life where all consumers who want to participate in REC transactions can participate.
Recently, the RE100 international campaign, which aims to cover 100% of the electricity used by companies with renewable energy such as wind and solar power by 2050, has been attracting worldwide attention. With the declaration of decarbonization by companies facing regulations, a new demand group is expected to flow in. Foreign affiliates are also benefiting from the low domestic REC price. Domestic companies are also making efforts to revitalize the REC trading market in the future by preparing a budget for the implementation of RE100.
