One of the current buzz topics revolves around the toxins in our home, our lives, and the world.

  • The toxins that can be present in old homes and buildings from now banned building materials. Things like asbestos, lead paint, and radon.
  • The toxic chemicals in our cleaning products and in our bath and body products.
  • The toxic clutter and disorganization of our physical living space.
  • The toxic clutter in our minds.

What does physical clutter look like?

Let me ask you this: Have you ever stepped into someone else’s home and felt a wave of peace? Their living space is simple and uncluttered.

  • A single candle graces the coffee table.
  • The coffee pot and hot water kettle are the only two items on the kitchen counter.
  • An arrangement of three or four pieces of “art” work hang on a focal wall.
