Do you ever wonder why you are so good at self-sabotage?

I have fallen into that trap more times than I care to admit. The voices of limiting belief in my head scream: “I told you so.” and even my personal inner voice chides with a knowing chuckle, “Better luck net time.” That personal inner voice knows that when I try again, I will be fighting to succeed.
