A Benefit of Having Awesome Daughters!

I’m 58 and got to go to a private lounge show by 5 Seconds Of Summer on Wednesday.

And I loved it.

My 20 year old daughter won tickets for my 17 year old who loves them but couldn’t go.

So, this Mom, who is secretly still 16 inside, casually says, ‘I will go to support you’.

Whilst actually thinking, ‘pick me!!!!!’

I love bands. I love live music. And I not so secretly love boy bands. I mean pop rock bands.

5 Seconds of Summer actually write their songs, play instruments and can sing. Even better.

And they are cute. And Australian.

Two things I also love.

Luke Hemmings has a Michael Hutchins vibe to him that Aussies do better than any other country in the world. That slightly scruffy ruffled look. He is to my right.

Michael Clifford, to my left, loved my boots. I was showing him what was on the side of them when the photographer said smile. I don’t always pose with my leg in the air lol.

Ashton Irwin is a born comic. So funny.

Calum ‘seems’ quieter. But is so so cute.

Well they are all cute. And friendly. Plus their music is good. I like to sing their songs.

And this 58 year old fan girl thoroughly loved seeing and meeting them.
