In a nutshell: REBORRN is a new breed of consultancy that stands at the intersection of consulting and making, having a diverse group of Creatives, Engineers, Analysts, and Entrepreneurs to challenge the traditional consulting model. As a hybrid company, we combine the strategic insights and expertise of consultants with the innovative mindset and technical capabilities of makers.
“But what on Earth is consulting?” you might ask. Well, the role of consultants is to provide professional advice and guidance to organizations in order to help them solve problems, improve performance, make strategic decisions, or achieve specific goals.
Our mission here at REBORRN is to empower our clients to thrive in the digital era by developing custom solutions that address complex challenges and drive sustainable growth using Data, Technology, and Design. Our uniqueness here, is how we do it. Our team operates with a client-centric approach, prioritizing shorter and focused working blocks, avoiding never-ending waterfall projects. We embrace an iterative process, constantly testing, adapting and organizing our work into agile sprints, fostering flexibility and collaboration. In addition to that, what makes a difference is our unified team that works with transparency throughout a project using collaborative tools like Asana, along with open communication via Slack instead of long emails.
It’s a hard job to do, but our people make the difference. Join the REBORRN team as an Intern
At REBORRN, interns play a crucial role in supporting the company’s consulting and innovation endeavors on a day-to-day basis. You will be actively involved in client engagements, project management, and hands-on work. Throughout your internship, you will work closely with experienced team members and gain invaluable exposure to their expertise. Rest assured your valuable skills won’t be wasted on making anyone’s coffee!
“What will my day to day look like?” Well, this highly depends on the internship program you will join!
As an Organisational Design Associate Consultant Intern your responsibilities will involve amongst others, supporting all aspects of client engagement such as analyzing insights and interview results, preparing design sprints, conducting research, and preparing necessary deliverables.
The CRM Technology Intern will collaborate closely with Consultants, Data Analysts and CRM Specialists to assist in the implementation and customization of CRM applications (such as Zoho), developing and maintaining workflows, automations, and integrations with other systems or creating and optimizing database structures, forms, workflows and reports within application development platforms (such as Zoho Creator).
As a Visual Designer Intern, you will be supporting senior designers in creating visuals, logos and complete brand-books for digital (or not) products. Designing presentation decks or social media content as well as creating communication materials for huge brands.

“Third year at university; that’s where it all began. With graduation fast approaching, the usual dread of embarking on the job hunt washed over me. Imagine trudging through knee-deep mud, that’s what my initial search felt like. “Junior Accountant”, “Internship in Finance”, I was drowning in a sea of monotonous job descriptions that seemed to leach the very soul out of work life.
Then, a word struck me — “Consultant”. I won’t lie, my first thought was, “What the fck is that?” Despite reading countless job descriptions, I was still left scratching my head, unsure of what a consultant’s role truly represented. But, as someone who’s always had an affinity for challenges, I decided to dive in, into the fascinating yet complex world of consulting.*
I started applying to a bunch of big-shot consulting firms, only to get polite “no thanks” letters. Just as I was getting ready to throw in the towel, I stumbled upon this cool company, Reborrn.
After weeks of revisiting their website, I found myself applying for their newly launched internship program. And within a month, I was knee-deep, not in the mud of dull job descriptions, but in the fascinating complexity of my first field-related job. Man, what a wild six months that was…
From investigating new ways to disrupt markets to playing tech support, helping coders with simple tasks like drafting basic email HTML templates and advanced systems to elevate customer experiences. I was continuously thrust into new challenges, each task as diverse as the last. I discovered skills I didn’t even know I had…
What really made my journey remarkable, though, was the people. I didn’t anticipate the level of support I’d receive, especially not in Greece where the work environment can sometimes be more cutthroat than nurturing. But here I was, surrounded by colleagues who went the extra mile to help a newbie like me. I felt valued, heard, and most importantly, I felt part of a community.

Selection process
The selection process consists of five main stages before the Offer:
- Online assessment which evaluates each candidate’s aptitude, cognitive ability and behavior;
- Interview with People Operations;
- Interview with Hiring Manager;
- Case Study Assignment
- Chemistry Call
Internship duration
The duration of the internship is for a 9-month period starting in September 2023, on a full-time basis. Upon meeting performance expectations, showcasing exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, and demonstrating alignment with our culture, successful completion of this 9-month internship will open the door for a full-time offer to join our team.
Salary & Benefits
We believe in paying fairly and above the basic salary even when it comes to internships. The Annual Salary is €17.500 Gross. Going beyond financial compensation, we don’t believe in offering trivial perks to our people.
