When I was a child, I mostly heard two things which are the most important in anyone’s life.

The very first is your career and the second one is your relationship.

People who are in their 20s just like me always have a question what is more important career or relationship?

I would like to tell you none of this is important. I know I have discovered this very late in my life. My father used to tell me that once I will set my career, my life will be settled down. Once you will be able to earn a good amount of money, you will be able to find a good partner for yourself.

When I was child, I used to think once I will be able to earn. My life will be set. I will not have to face any problems in my life.

I know I was wrong. We all live our life as what society has set up for everyone. We are born and grow. We study and choose our careers, get a job and then start our families. After that, we all live regular life doing work, eating, and sleeping.

However, I was only afraid of one thing in my life I don’t want to finish my entire life living this boring life. I am here to do more every day. I am here to make my new limits and reach that limits every day. I am here to try something new every day.

5 most important things in life:-

(1)Happiness:-

Money can buy everything else, but it can’t buy happiness. You might’ve heard this phrase once, but there’s a lot of truth behind it.

We often take the mundane job for one purpose: it pays well. But money shouldn’t be the most important thing in the world.

I believe that the ultimate goal of life is to be a better person. Money will give you better things while happiness makes you a better person.

True happiness doesn’t come with branded things, so if you want to choose happiness then do a thing you are passionate about.

(2)Satisfaction:-

Money in itself seems like an addiction. Does anyone ever get satisfied with the money they have? The answer is no. The more we have, the more we want. It’s a vicious cycle that we get trapped into. But has anyone died rich? Nobody takes the money to their grave.

Satisfaction is the only thing that makes us truly happy. So, be greedy for it rather than for money.

(3)Self-Love:-

For many people, the concept of self-love is an overblown theory and they often ignore its importance. People aspire to be perfect and perfectionism is considered a greater asset or attribute than self-love. When we talk about self-love, it is easy to picture someone reading self-help books or hugging a tree; but self-love is much more than that.

Self-Love is not only showing yourself, love. However, Self-Love is to accept yourself with flaws and achievements. Self-Love is to accept your weaknesses. Self-Love is putting your self-doubts aside and believing in yourself and your abilities.

Self-love is not being selfish; it is just putting yourself first and not being too tough on yourself. So next time you hear that little voice in your head telling you that you are not good enough or that you cannot afford to make mistakes; just ignore it.

(4)Sense of Purpose:-

Having a sense of purpose in your life is essential to well-being. Equally important is having a sense of purpose in your role at work. You have to continually search and find a sense of purpose in your career as circumstances change. You don’t have to quit your current employer to stay engaged. Yet, sometimes you may need a fundamental change.

Life is short. You deserve a career where you have a sense of purpose. But you cannot leave it up to your employer or your team. It is up to you to define and enact your purpose at work.

(5)Time:-

Time is the most precious resource because you can’t get it back.

Another reason why time matters so much is that no one knows how much they’ve got. People can die at any age and for any reason, and no one can predict the future. Being aware of this uncertainty can have a dramatic effect on how you live your life.

Many of us spend a lot of time ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. If we can let go of the past and what can’t be changed, and look ahead to the unknown with hope instead of fear, we would feel a lot happier and calmer.

I am not saying that relationships and careers are not important. However, there are so many things more important than a relationship and career. Use your time wisely. There are so many other important things than money and love. I am not saying you should not earn money, you should cause it’s a necessary part of life.

So, enjoy your life with whatever you have. You are enough for yourself.
