“Gratitude”. Picture of the author from the archives of her creative explorations in dance.

A companion to contemplate in joy

A shared journey soaked in bliss

A fellow traveller partaking the energy

A canvas to discover the colours of self

A choreography in the dance of aloneness

A known chant shining brighter than healing

A togetherness meeting at the crossroads

A soul bare in the reality of experiences

A chapter manifesting in kind compassion

A coming together towards moments of awakening

A relation of weightless nothingness

A discovery of the garland of gratefulness

Welcome

To the passing new miracles

The ones soaked in honesty

The ones dipped in support

The ones beyond names and boundaries

Value them,

Grow with them,

Unfold yourself with them,

Adorn them with glory

Only to be a witness to the possibilities they hold

Coming together to apperciate the beauty of the other

Live these shared moments in gratitude to them

A String of Gratitude

I am new to the world of medium. Yet, I have been showered with immense positivity and encouragement from so many cotravllers. It is heart warming to see the support. In this journey of writing, meaning, sharing, characters, images, I am grateful for the support of each and every person that I have come in contact with. You all have made this journey so beautiful.

But I thank the stars, flowers, timing… and everything else, for making me come across a wonderful human in Sahil Patel. He has been reading my efforts at expression through poems and writing probably from the first published work. Taking out the time to read each line, comment on what he feels, and an open welcome to this lovely community at reciprocal, is jusva little I can mention. The unbiased eyes with which he views the work of the seasoned and the new, the openness with which he seeks to learn with each work, the drive to grow as a community, is something I am learning from him.

For now and always, Sahil Patel, eternally grateful to you. Wishing to see you keep growing in positivity.

Sharing the works of some wonderful poetry I have been reading these past few days. Do take the time to appreciate the works.
