“The sound of birds stops the noise in my mind.” — Carly Simon

It is simply amazing how much I learn the older I become ha!

During our latest trip to Florida for the winter months, I became fascinated with all the birds. Birds that we sometimes take for granted because they are always present, always singing their musical melodies.

I would awaken every day to the soothing sound of many birds merrily crooning their daily tunes of happiness.

These feathered friends created such beautiful warbling that combined to create such incredible symphonies. Their music would bring instant relief to any stress building within me. Instead, I became mesmerized and could not stop smiling at nature’s astonishing sedative.

Since we returned home to the Northeast and the cold weather, brrr! I almost forgot about the soothing daily chorus of nature.

Then I read this article by another nature lover, Sahil Patel and he reminded me of my sweet memories. Enjoy this lovely article.
