I love listening to bird’s chirping. Birdsong has a rhythm that have a calming effect on humans. It helps in reducing the stress.
Recently, I stumbled upon a fascinating concept during my search about our relationship with nature: the biophilic connection.
The natural human attraction for the natural world and living things is known as the "biophilic connection." The term "biophilia," which was first used by scientist Edward O. Wilson, implies that people have an inherent urge to look out ways to interact with other species of life and the natural world.
I have observed that our body give an emotional response such as we feel sense of calm, awe, or joy when surrounded by nature like landscapes, animals or birds.
Moreover, we also experience some psychological and physiological benefits when we stay in nature such as it improves our mood, reduce stress, and enhanced our concentration power.
Hearing bird chirping connects us with a nature. It is an opportunity to practice mindfulness and helps you to enjoy the present moment.

One of the amazing benefits I have experienced when I hear the beautiful bird’s voice is that the melodies inspire creativity and stimulates imagination which helps me in bring inspiration in my writing. So, sharing this week’s nature prompt is,
