Greetings Reciprocal writers,

Today is day four of the reading marathon. If you didn’t know what is the reading marathon, here you can read it in detail.

The writer that we are exploring today is one of my favorite one Ilana Lydia

Ilana is a theater person, an avid reader, and a writer. She loves Thai.

If you would like to read more about her. Here, you can read her “About Me Story”.

She writes on books and reading, creativity, Fiction, food, gratitude, life, love, loss, kindness, poetry, art, writing, mental health, and psychology.

Today I am sharing each piece of her in every genre.

Writing

Here is the one piece of her that changed my perspective. I used to think that by writing more I can be a better writer, but her article gave me a new perspective about writing.

In the above article, she shared how important time is in writing. Sometimes, we need time to clarify our story and need to hear our story. We need time to think, reflect and write.

Poetry

Ilana is a wonderful poet, Here is one of the deep poems that made me think about success.

A special poem that touched my heart is here.

In this poem, she accepts how many times she failed as a teacher, director, and human but she cherishes all those imperfections.

Performing Arts

A lovely article.

She has one great publication called Life and the performing arts. If you are interested in theater, dance, music, TV, film, or the process of writing for any of these media. Submit your stories to this wonderful pub.

Mental Health

When you have a little time and had to finish a lot of tasks. It's hard to keep going on with all the plans.

Here she shared some of the useful ways that help you to stay calm.

Reading

In one of her pieces in which she mentioned how taking notes and reviewing them helps in reading.

Kindness | Gratitude

A profound story of human life.

Different activities you can do to be creative.
