Rain elicits totally different emotions in summer than in winter.

Summer rain calls for walking in the rain and splashing through puddles. It brings back the childhood joy of reveling in the feeling of enjoying nature with pure abandon. There are few things that free me of my inhibitions so completely.

On the other hand, winter rain is a time to stay inside. It is so cozy and comforting to just read a good book or watch a good movie. It’s great to wake up to the sound of rain and snuggle deeper into the covers to drift back to Dreamworld.

Funny that sun doesn’t share this dual nature. Rain, however, brings different responses depending on the season.
