Hey Recrooit community!

We want to start off by thanking everyone for the support you’ve given us over the past couple weeks. The purpose of this post is to keep everyone up to date with Recrooit’s development and stay as transparent as possible as the company and the product grows.

We will do our best to deliver these update posts as frequently as possible.

Product:

  • For Companies: We’ve added “Renew” feature for Job Posts, which means that, if you didn’t find your perfect candidate during the first month of posting your job offering, you’ll get a chance to extend it for a one-time price of $99.
  • For Companies: Pricing plans/Job post bundles are almost ready! This means that our pricing structure has changed and that now you can save money opting in for multiple job post as a part of your preferred plan:

For Companies: Significant UX/UI improvements in the whole platform (including Sign up flow, Account Creation, Onboarding, etc.)

For Companies: We’ve added a ‘Back to dashboard’ button for an easy return to the dashboard — a place where you can see the status and updates of all of your job posts (both drafted and published ones).

For Recrooiters: Up until last week, there was a limit of 5 Recrooiters recommending the candidates for a single job post. However, we’ve decided to put an end to this limitation and allow an infinite number of Recrooiters to work (recommend candidates) for a single job post!

For both Companies and Recrooiters: We’re currently setting up a proper Customer Support channel, for all the questions and issues you’re having. Online chat will most likely be available through Intercom.

Business Development, Marketing and Sales:

  • The Recrooit team has got a whole lot stronger with two new marketeers: Alex — a Growth Consultant, and Maryann — a Community Manager.
  • Business Development Strategy, as well as Initial Growth Strategy have been defined (including setting KPIs, OKRs, Analytics, Sales Funnels, Growth Metrics, etc).
  • Content Marketing Strategy has been defined with a primary focus on Medium as a content distribution platform, as well as Facebook Groups, Social Media platforms, etc.
  • Email Marketing Strategy is currently being set-up, with all the email leads being inserted and the first email marketing campaign being launched this week.
  • Affiliate platform and more rewards for recommending Recrooit to companies looking to hire are coming!
  • You can find Recrooit on these Social Media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Results:

  • 14 new Job Posts for the last 60 days
  • 7 Successful Hires (saved more than $30,000 for companies hiring new candidates)
  • 20 New Recrooiters
  • 7 happily payed out Recrooiters (received they bounty)

Community:

  • The official channels Recrooit community channels are Facebook (group) and Slack.
  • Community Guidelines and Content (Engagement) Ideas for these channels are defined and ready to be executed!
