At Recruitee, we believe in creating the space for every Recruitee to be themselves, be heard, and be impactful with us.

What we stand for

To help achieve this, we pledge to act on building a more inclusive workplace for our employees.

We pledge to ensure that inclusion is core to our workplace culture and that our business is representative of the communities we serve.

We believe that we need to address honestly and head-on the needs of our Recruitee team and help increase equality for all.

For us, this means committing to the following goals which we believe will bring forth conversations and actions around diversity and inclusion at Recruitee:

  • We will involve a specialist to guide us on our diversity and inclusion journey.
  • We will work to create an environment of trust, where our employees feel comfortable having complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity.
  • We will implement and expand education around unconscious biases.
  • We will create greater transparency and share strategic inclusion and diversity plans.

We also pledge to create a system of accountability where we monitor and report on the steps of our progress.

We recognize that the goals we’ve listed above are not the complete answer, but we do believe these are important steps in the right direction towards building a workplace where every Recruitee feels welcome and free to be themselves.
