Life is full of ups and downs.

Quite often, I ask myself the reason of my life… I don’t have kids or a family; my job is ordinary, my life is ordinary … how can I contribute to the Universe?

Last week, I once again was called selfish by my sister…. perhaps she is right. Maybe I live to satisfy my ego and to pleasure myself.

I put others needs ahead of mine quite often. I still do, even unconsciously. I let people blame or judge me even when they are wrong in order to protect someone else.

My family and close friends are the most important beings in life for me.
For them, I tried to kill myself over a decade ago. I felt that I was causing so much trouble for my education costs and living… I wanted to make things easier for them. I couldn’t. Somehow I survived and woke up a few days later in a hospital room. I had caused more trouble than before.

It is one of my most significant flaws: I have this inclination to help. I am not looking for recognition, most of the things I did or do nobody knows. I support all kinds of charities, I volunteer, and I do it with pleasure.
