It began with a simple idea. To commemorate Zhongshan North Road and its history with original art created by 12 artists. Instilling colours of humanity into a brand new residential building. Ju Lang.
Adding wings to this project was essential, and so the common motif of Taiwan’s National Bird was implemented into each piece: the Blue Magpie. Textured surfaces captivate the viewer and several works used repurposed material to revilitase the old into something new.
Our goal is to nourish the residents with the beauty and warmth of art, with unique interpretations of the historical significance of the road. Colouring the pulse of Taipei, with a multicultural perspective.
