Charlie Goes to the Vet

He’s, my baby.
scratching his ear and shaking his head,
oh my, another ear infection
and a trip to the Vet
the car ride exciting
then medicine and treatment
and a bill for me
feeling better
and no more growling
another car ride
and now we’re home.
By the way, his name is Charlie, and I love him so.
