Hyundai Mobis & Tata Elxsi to develop Synthetic Scene Generator for Autonomous Driving Research

Hyundai Mobis Technical Centre India (HMTCI) and Tata Elxsi are collaborating for the development of a Synthetic Scene Generator Tool to help accelerate the ongoing research and development support HMTCI is providing to their OEMs in Autonomous Driving.

The tool will be able to replicate every real-world scenario an automobile could encounter, which could run into millions of possibilities.

Tata Elxsi will bring together teams working on Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality, and Gaming to develop this advanced simulation tool that will accelerate the realization of driverless cars.

Tata Elxsi is headquartered in Bangalore while the Hyundai Mobis centre is located in Hyderabad. The Hyundai Mobis Technical Centre in India works on various Projects related to Vehicle Infotainment, Mechatronics (Chassis, Safety, Vision Systems), CAE (CFD, Crash, Durability, EMI-EMC, and NVH).
