There are a lot of Telegram bots out there for alerts and metric tracking within the Bitcoin, blockchain and wider cryptocurrency ecosystem. Many of these bots are designed to help inform trading and arbitrage decisions.

As Telegram and SEC wrestle over the legal classification of their “Grams” tokens alongside their $1.7 billion ICO, Telegram decided to halt plans on releasing an integrated a crypto wallet into its messaging app. This hasn’t stopped a handful of developers integrating crypto wallets into Telegram using the Bots API and other third-party blockchain libraries to help people earn free crypto online.

This article showcases some trusted Telegram Bots that offer free crypto as prizes or in exchange for online services that are NOT scams.

Beware of Scam Bots

As a general precaution, most crypto bots are scams. Many of these scams can be quite sophisticated. For example, this scam bot is pretending to be Coinbase Earn and asks you to send $3–5 mining fees so you can claim a Bitcoin reward, despite Coinbase stating they have no official presence on Telegram.

Sometimes it doesn’t hurt to ask!

So please be careful, especially if bots ask you for money first. If you see “Scam” in red at the top of the channel next to their name, multiple users complained. Make sure the link to the bot has been verified by a reputable company before engaging or especially sending bitcoin.

Scammers prey on the no-chargeback nature of crypto. If your bot is a game and it requires “pay to play”, start with a small amount.

4. BCH Click Bot 📣
   Earn Bitcoin Cash by visiting affiliate web sites and performing other simple tasks (advertising bot).
5. LTC Click Bot 📣
   Earn Litecoin by visiting affiliate web sites and performing other simple tasks (advertising bot).
6. DOGE Click Bot 📣
   Earn Dogecoin by visiting affiliate web sites and performing other simple tasks (advertising bot).
7. ZEC Click Bot 📣
   Earn Zcash (ZEC) by visiting affiliate web sites and performing other simple tasks (advertising bot).
8. Earn with PayPal 🏦
   This one pays out in PayPal (not crypto) but still flows like the others. It’s just a simple MLM program and they are transparent about their margins and claim they donate profits to charity.

   This is a (confusing) game where you buy dinosaurs that can mine diamonds on a digital farm that you can convert into in-game currency that can be used to buy new dinosaurs, fund other mini-games or cash out to bitcoin. It’s explained in better detail here and in other articles.
