Second part of the project.
Here are the USER PERSONAS created from the research insights.
I resumed into THREE core User Personas from which i will be evolving the actual UBER Experience.
This Empathy Map is the “conceptual integration” of the qualitative insights gained from the Generative Research made before. We are not trying to be super specific but to CONVERGE the information obtained and digested.
This persona is the condensation of the “environmental conscious” type of insights, most of this people move “interurban”, travel very specific trips each year and would prefer to walk or ride a bike if available and appropriate.
Could be the weekly mood of some people.
Compilation of those insights about people who has to commute everyday to work (using a medium distance transport).
Is specially interested in sharing possibilities and subscription style payments.
This persona is interesting, because is kind of the same as the eco-walker but with a different approach about travel.
Is kind of the eco-walker in a different mood, could be during the summer for example.
TASKING THIS GUYS
I created user stories and specific mobility related TASK for them.
Just a simple User Story for creating task later. I generated the matrix:
because i found this specific interest core values in the whole personas. I did it with the other two personas also.

This are all three User Personas tasked with things to do related to mobility and specific App Task that UBER could tap into.
