Title: Teacher Space (with pop-up videos)

Rachel’s Short Story: I believe that teachers are the most important agents of change for any community. After teaching for eight years and coaching teachers for two, I am inspired by the number of educators I’ve worked alongside who are teaching children to love to learn. I want the people who are impacted most have a chance to sit at the decision-making table.

Rachel’s Idea In A Nutshell: An online community of teachers who observe each other in videos monthly, set up like a book-club, giving teachers a chance to get and give meaningful, evaluative-free feedback.
