The best advice I ever got is … You have to be strong first if you want to help the others, so take a good care of yourself and be ReDI to change the world

I stay motivated during the clock down by … If it’s a Sunny day, it’s enough for me to stay motivated and smiling all day long :) also, I don’t have time to get bored, I always have something/s to do — different online courses are now available for free, take this chance :)
