But our journey with Empion started even before it became the groundbreaking solution it is today. In mid-2022, we had the privilege of meeting Annika and Larissa when they had outlined the idea in their doctorates in mathematics and economics. Back then, Empion was still a vague idea, but we believed that the recruiting space was due for innovation, and that Annika and Larissa are the perfect fit for the market.
Empion’s journey is nothing short of remarkable. In less than a year, it has secured the trust of industry leaders like Personio, Volksbanken, or Mazars, who have embraced its innovative solution. An illustrative example is Mazars, the international consulting firm, which managed to decrease its time-to-hire from 22 days to a mere 9 days by using Empion.
Since partnering at Empion’s pre-seed round in mid-2022, Annika, Larissa and the team have far exceeded our expectations.
