Hiking & Sightseeing
Start your day with a relaxing hike through one of our beautiful parks. Preserve Park and Stulsaft Park both offer wonderful hiking and walking trails. For those who want to include Fido in their romantic stroll, Stulsaft Park offers a wooded “off-leash” trail.
Want to really get the heart pumping? San Mateo County’s Edgewood Park and Natural Preserve in Redwood City offers 467 acres of woodlands and grasslands for wonderful hiking and sightseeing adventures. Within those 467 acres, the park contains 10 miles of trails where hikers can explore its varied habitats. Sylvan Trail, a non-equestrian-use trail, is popular for joggers and hikers. The Edgewood Trailhead boasts a difficulty rating of “strenuous” for those who want a little challenge, but the views are worth it!
