With the uncertainty around COVID-19, we want all of our participants, attendees, sponsors, and speakers to know that we have your health in mind. While only in our second year for REFACTR.TECH, we are part of the Connect Events family and we’re in it for the long haul.

Our plan is to move forward with our new dates, August 12–14, 2020 and build in a contingency point 3 weeks before the event. On this date, we will issue a notice in the event that will need to be rescheduled to 2021 because of concerns around public health. Whether you paid to attend the event or to sponsor it you can get a refund, or apply your ticket or sponsorship towards next year’s event.

Accordingly, if you’re traveling from outside the metro Atlanta area, you should wait to purchase air tickets and hotel accommodation at this point in time.

We understand that this is an unusual way to organize a conference, but we live in a strange time in human history. We want to get back to normal life; we value the connections, learnings, and experiences that are part of REFACTR.TECH… by moving forward with this plan we want to keep positivity and hope alive in these uncertain times.
