ReFi in One Sentence
ReFi’s definition is unclear and its scope is pretty ambiguous so I describe it differently depending on the situation.
I see ReFi as being about coordination and regeneration, and those are key concepts that help describe what ReFi is. However, I had to think about how to explain ReFi in one sentence so that it can be easily understood.

ReFi is a financial system that prioritizes the health and resilience of ecosystems, communities, and the planet over financial gain
It may be a very personal opinion, but I think that this explanation is suitable to understand easily for those without a background in blockchain and economics.
