Dear RefineMedium Community,

Since, officially launching with our Bounty Program, our Project and Team has experienced overwhelming support from the community. We would like to take this opportunity to thank every single person who have helped us grow and spread the word through Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and various other outlets.

We open the Whitelist for our Presale from 10th May 2019 till 10th June 2019, and this article will serve as a way to answer some questions that you may wish to know and also guide you in participating in the Whitelist.

When will the whitelisting begin?

10th May 2019 00:00 GMT

How long will the whitelist stay open for?

The whitelist will remain open till 10th June 2019 or when we fill the maximum amount of applicants, whichever occurs first.

Is there a cap on the amount of people who can whitelist?

We will cap our Whitelist applications at 1,000.

The RefineMedium ICO begins on 25th May 2019 at 00:00 GMT.

ICO will be conducted in 3 parts: Private Sale, PreSale and main ICO.

Who can and cannot participate?

Due to regulatory restrictions, residents / citizens of U.S. are not allowed to participate in the RefineMedium ICO unless they can prove that they are accredited investors. We track IP address to determine the location of the user.

Users from countries on high risk list of FATF (Financial Action Task Force) are also not allowed to participate in the RefineMedium ICO. This includes Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Serbia, Sri Lanka ,Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Vanuatu, Yemen & Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).

Why Should You Whitelist Now?

Those who come during this period will get tokens worth the reservation payment and 5% Bonus tokens from us even if you invest minimum required in our PreSale.

What Do You Need To Provide?

You need to provide following details in the Whitelist Form(Hyperlink) and check Status(hyperlink) of your Participation from here;

· Email address

· Desired ETH Contribution

· Ether Wallet Address (A Non-Exchange Address)

Following which you’ll get an email about confirmation of your registration for Refine Medium PreSale Whitelist upon which you’ll be provided an ETH address to send the Reservation Payment.

· Reservation Payment(Transaction ID)

Important Note: Do not participate in any phases of ICO using ETH ADDRESS from a CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGE. You need an ERC 20 token compatible Ethereum Wallet. This is because XRM Tokens are ERC 20 compatible. For the list of compatible wallets please see below.

What Is The Reservation Purchase?

You will be able to reserve the purchase of XRM Tokens Guaranteed with Bonus.

The reservation fee will create a much stronger commitment, instead of potentially taking the spot of someone else who could benefit from the whitelist.

It will also solidify, to a much greater degree, that purchasers are, indeed, in control of their address and aren’t performing erroneous actions such as sending funds from an exchange (we do not guarantee we will catch this and will check on a best effort basis).

The fees will be as follows:

· 0.2 ETH for reserving purchase of up to 2 ETH worth of XRM Tokens.

· 0.5 ETH for reserving purchase of up to 5 ETH of XRM Tokens.

· 1.0 ETH for reserving purchase of up to 10 ETH of XRM Tokens.

· 2.0 ETH for reserving purchase of up to 10+ ETH of XRM Tokens.

Is This the Only Time to Whitelist?

When would I receive my bonus tokens?

The bonus tokens will be sent after the ICO within 2 weeks and will be locked for 1 months. The lockup will start from the day of token distribution.
