The great exchange that makes us whole again

Life has a way of battering us all. We tend to disregard the pain. We go through length to file our painful experiences away in our forgotten memory. However, we should perform an autopsy on them and investigate what they came to teach us.

There can be a relationship battery from friends, family, children, neighbors and even fellow passengers on a public transport

There can be a career battery from your colleagues, manager, project leaders, your sponsors and even your partner in business.

Sometimes the anomalies of life such as battling chronic diseases, cancer or experiencing trauma break us into pieces.

Most of the time, we undertake ventures with hope and aspiration that we are on our way to where we should be. Then everything fall flat on our face, for no fault of ours

All these leave us battered and bruised. We become walking wounded and victims of life’s assault.

When the best the world has, just leaves you feeling numb, you can be in pieces. Pieces are hard to tell a story from. That is why jigsaws require putting together. Puzzles require working out.

Your traumatic experiences and misfortunes also have stories to tell. Not in a disjointed manner…
