Meet Lady, that’s what I call her. She seems so full of beauty and grace.

When the ice melted from the Cove this Spring, she appeared along with 20 other swans. Their days were spent eating and sleeping, glad to see open water. Gradually, as the days warmed, the swans left to build nests and raise their families. Only Lady remained. Why? Where was her mate? I wonder….
