ReFork has partnered with PP&T company that ensures the production of injection molds that are used in the injection molding process. These injection molds are distributed to ReFork and used for the production of end products. PP&T Sales Director Martin Hausman revealed some of the key details in a short interview — the way these two companies cooperate together and his overall opinion on the ReFork project.
What does PP&T do?
Our company offers the entire process of parts production — starting with our support during the development of the particular part, during the design, production, and finishing with debugging of the top-class tool aimed to be used for the serial production of the parts by the precise thermoplastic injection.
What is the actual point of cooperation between you and the ReFork project?
Our cooperation lays in the development, production, and testing of the ReFork material during the injection molding process. At this point, we have successfully completed pilot injection molds for cutlery production. These molds will allow ReFork to produce up to 1,000,000 pieces per month of each available product. The next planned step in our cooperation is to create 48 fold serial injection mold for mass production.

Společnost ReFork navázala spolupráci se společností PP&T, která pro ReFork zajišťuje výrobu forem pro vstřikování koncových výrobků. Obchodní ředitel PP&T, Martin Hausman v krátkém rozhovoru prozradil detaily dosavadní spolupráce těchto dvou společností a jeho pohled na ReFork.
Čím se společnost PP&T zabývá?
Naše společnost nabízí celý proces výroby dílů — od podpory při vývoji dílu, přes konstrukci, výrobu a odladění špičkového nástroje až po sériovou výrobu precizních dílů vstřikováním termoplastů.
V čem spočívá spolupráce se společností Refork?
Naše spolupráce spočívá ve vývoji, výrobě a testování forem pro vstřikování materiálu Refork. V současné době jsme úspěšně dokončili pilotní formy pro výrobu příborů. Pilotní formy ReForku umožní výrobu až 1 000 000 kusů od každého dostupného výrobku za měsíc. Dalším krokem naší spolupráce bude vytvoření 48-násobných sériových forem pro masovou produkci.

Projekt Refork je velmi atraktivní projekt a směrem do budoucna má velký potenciál. Ekologické produkty, které řeší problém s jednorázovými plasty, si jistě své místo na světovém trhu najdou.
