Being healthy allows me to be the best version of myself
NOTE: As a way to introduce affirmations to refresh your soul, we will begin with a once-a-week affirmation that you can use all week.
I am worthy of living the rest of my life as the healthiest version of myself.
Affirming that you are worthy of being as healthy as possible allows you to shift the frontal cortex message to believing you can. Go ahead and say the affirmation out loud. Maybe even look at yourself in the mirror.
Life is too precious. For some, it’s a long journey, so why not experience the fullest, healthiest version of yourself? You are a valued member of this world; therefore, you have a purpose for being on this Earth. You are worth it.
Stop for a moment and take that in.
Envisioning yourself at the peak of your wellness can transform your mind, body, and soul. Even if you are ill, born with a disability, or currently disabled, stop and think about what being the healthiest version of yourself could look like. You might not be running sprints or marathons, but you are still worth being as healthy as possible.
