Feeling fatigued and stuck in life? This is how I feed my soul with some delicious soul snacks. The universe doesn’t work in a straight line. It works in waves, which have ups and downs. And there are many more tiny ups and downs along this wave.

This is what I heard from spiritual teachers. To me, it makes sense. That’s why life has many ups and downs. Understand and accept this. This is just the way it is. There’s ebb and flow, although there’s a general trend — either up or down. Just like the stock market movement or any financial market movement. There are adjustments to tiny ups and downs.

When you’re down, remember that this is just a tiny adjustment, a correction, before you go up again.

This makes it easy to accept the downs in life. Knowing that this is how life moves. This is how the universe moves. No matter how difficult and how long the journey has been, I know that I’m moving forward to achieve my dream. Trust that the universe has my back.

The universe needs my help to help myself. I’m the co-author of my life. All I need to do is do my best and leave the rest to the Universe.

Man proposes, God disposes.

Yes, it’s a cliche, but it’s nothing more than the truth. It works for me to release my frustrations. Divine timing—the thing only the universe could comprehend. Stop harping on it and don’t try to figure it out.

How long did Nelson Mandela serve as a political prisoner before he became president? 27 years.

“How long was my struggle? Not long; it was only about 25 years.” ~ Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia.

We all know what we’re supposed to do but sometimes we fail to do it. It’s always easier said than done. Willpower and resilience are the two departments that need to be improved for many people. They’re deeply embedded in our DNAs. It’s so damn hard to turn them around for some. The pain of mental health.

This invisible illness is powerful and challenging to treat. You can’t see them. Unlike visible wounds, where you can see and treat them accordingly.

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” — Rumi

It is during our low times that we have an opening to have Light heal us and take us forward. — reflectandrespond.com

I got that Rumi quote from a story: You Have Come This Far You’re Amazing And Beautiful, written by Derek Morgan. It reminded me how far I’ve come and I should be proud that I am still around.

Take a little rest and march forward again. You’re doing something amazing! No other soul would have matched your super resilience!

“Don’t grieve. Anything you lose comes round in another form.”~ Rumi

Does this make your tired soul feel better?
