What if Billie Eilish made a song about blockchain, liquidity and real estate tokenization? If this is the question that has been keeping you up at night, you are in the right place.

To celebrate the beginning of the new decade, REINNO decided to make a parody of one of the biggest hits of 2019 — Bad Guy by Billie Eilish.

This song has multiple awards in the bag, including MTV Video Music Awards, and three Grammy nominations (to be announced on January 26). It comes as no surprise that everyone at REINNO has been bobbing their heads to Bad Guy for the majority of the year. Moreover, the music video is an art piece in itself — with fun dance moves, bright colors and… “a series of strange, grotesque and weirdly hilarious sequences”, as Rolling Stone’s Jon Blistein put it.

Of course, we had to put a little proptech twist on it. The “tough guy” is now a commercial real estate investor, who has a profitable but illiquid property. Additionally, the protagonist goes from being “that bad type, make your mama sad type, make your girlfriend mad tight, might seduce your dad type” to “that tech type, make it super fast type, cut the paperwork type, give you instant loans type”.

There is some money throwing, heavy laptop lifting and literal paperwork cutting going on in REINNO’s video.

Important notice: No important documents, animals, kids or CEOs were harmed in the making of this masterpiece.

However, about seven pieces of yellow paper had to go to make the opening scene.

Now the main question is… Are you ready to Tokenize it? :)
