Hey Re-inventors,

Have you ever gone to a picnic, and there is someone always COMPLAINING about how hot it is and how it is better to be at home in your air conditioned rooms?

Have you ever met a person who is constantly COMPLAINING about how much they hate their job?

Have you ever met a person who eats crap all day and COMPLAIN that he is not building any muscle?

Haven’t you?

More so, ARE YOU THAT PERSON?

If YES, continue reading, if NO then link this to another complainer right away.

Why do we complain?

Because it comes naturally to us, right?

Rather than fixing things that we don’t like, we complain. We say that it’s the government’s fault, it’s my mom’s fault or whatever the hell makes you feel that you are innocent.

BUT, you are not. YOU ARE AT FAULT AND NO ONE ELSE.

The other reason is that we feel it is easy to start a conversation by complaining to someone. The bottom 95% of people may be attracted towards such a conversation but the top 5% will not.

YOU CAN’T TRICK WINNERS. Every winner in your life has zero respect for you.

THE TRUTH:

Everyone has their own shit to handle and their own problems to solve.

They’ll not be able to solve your problem. In fact most of them won’t even hear it.

The only people that will hear it is your spouse, your parents OR your other LOSING FRIENDS.

What you focus on grows, so focus on the positive and rule out the negative

THE MINDSET SHIFT REQUIRED:

Realize that YOU ARE COMPLAINING TO EMPTY AIR.

And once you fix that deep in your heart, you will enter the EXECCUTION MODE.

Your actions will change and your results will too.

It’s that simple!

IF you think it’s hot outside THEN don’t go to that picnic.

IF you hate your job THEN go get a new one.

IF you want to improve your health THEN stop eating crap all day.

CHALLENGE FOR ALL THE COMPLAINERS:

For the next 2 days, keenly observe yourself.

Catch yourself whenever you complain and then tell yourself “These are only my thoughts and I can control them”

The next step is to take responsibility:

Realize that everything is on you. If something bothers you, you have to fix it.

And finally TAKE ACTION

DON’T be that guy who reads this post and forgets about it in 30 minutes, go and implement these ideas and if you don’t want to, then DO NOT COMPLAIN!!
