If you’re an active Phrasebook user in Mate Translate, you’d probably wondered if there’s a way to learn saved words.

Finally there’s one!

Now you can learn words in a fun way, and also revise with the spaced repetition algorithm. This is an unobtrusive way to retain words for a very long time.

Not to overload Mate, we decided to separate it into a small iOS app called Reji. The good news is that you can transfer all word lists from Mate (iOS) to Reji in just one click.

How to transfer

  1. Open a word list you want to learn in Mate;
  2. Click the green “Learn” button;
The green “Learn” button seamlessly transfer the word list to Reji where you can learn & revise it.

You’ll be guided through a super-easy installation process from the App Store (Reji is 47 MB, iOS 10.3+), then just open it with your word list already inside the app.

Learn transferred words

Click “Learn words” on your imported word list in Reji. It will kick off the quiz where you can learn and repeat words.

After you finish learning

Reji also allows you to save new words the same way Mate’s Phrasebook does, so we’d recommend to stick with Reji for keeping and learning your vocabulary from now on.
