We’re excited to announce that Releap is expanding to zkSync!
As an open social graph it is important that we grow our reach and provide a platform for diverse audiences across chains. By supporting zkSync, we can onboard large numbers of EVM users onto Releap and increase the scale of the platform.

zkSync is a Layer2 chain that helps to scale the Ethereum network using an innovative combination of rollups and cryptography.
Rollups work by merging hundreds of transactions into a single bundle without losing any crucial information. Rollups boost network throughput while lowering costs.
Once transactions are bundled, cryptography is used to secure these transactions.
Zero-knowedge proofs enable users’ identities to be verified without requiring them to divulge any private information and ensuring their privacy. With this combination, zk-rollups validate transactions without disclosing the information required for that confirmation.
Accessibility for all continues to be a significant focus as Releap grows. The architecture of zkSync ensures that users can still enjoy great speeds and low gas fees.

Users can now connect to the platform using their metamask wallet and explore the platform as usual.
