ALBANY, N.Y. (Dec. 6, 2018) — The Albany Patroons are proud to announce their 2019 game schedule, alongside with new, lower, ticket prices.

Coming off a highly successful 2018 season where the Patroons were runner-ups against the Yakima SunKings for the TBL championship, this year’s Patroons aim to return to the Finals this year and bring home a championship back to the Capital City.

The 2019 season will begin Saturday, Jan. 12 at 7 p.m., with the Albany Patroons facing off against the New York Court Kings at the Washington Avenue Armory. Doors will be open at 6 p.m. with adult General Admission tickets costing $15 dollars and kids, 12 and under, tickets costing $5. Special premium ticket packages will also be available at a discounted rate on the Albany Patroons website. Season tickets start at $95.

“I’m excited to see the league growing and our schedule loaded with more weekend games,” said returning Head Coach Derrick Rowland. “It’s going to be another great season of basketball in Albany, with the return of the 2018 League MVP and former Siena Saint Edwin Ubiles leading the way.”

Additionally, joining the front office as Director of Corporate Partnerships is long time local professional sports executive Rocco R. Ricchiuti whose time and experience with American Hockey League teams, including both the Albany River Rats and the Albany Devils — will be an excellent addition to the Patroons’ staff.

“We’re looking forward to Rocco joining our team this season, His vast experience should be integral to expanding our existing sponsorships and developing new relationships; the benefits of which fans should expect to see this season,” said General Manager Michael Corts.
