Slidin’ Dirty rings in the new year with 2018 menu
For the first time, SD will now serve French fries
TROY and SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (Jan. 11, 2018) — — Slidin’ Dirty (SD), an award-winning and nationally recognized restaurant and food truck operating throughout the Capital Region, is excited to release its 2018 menu for both its Troy and Schenectady locations. For the first time in SD history, the menu will now feature French fries.
French fries have long been a staple in the slider community. Slidin’ Dirty is proud to solidify its place as one of the best-loved restaurants in the Capital Region. Slidin’ Dirty encourages everyone to come in and take a look at the new menu. Try something new, or stick to the usual.
“You asked for it and we delivered. We want to provide the best possible restaurant experience. So when the customer speaks, we listen! In the restaurant business, it’s about making people happy. A French fry or a Fravo a day keeps the doctor away, I think that’s how the saying goes,” said Tim Taney, co-founder and managing member of Slidin’ Dirty.
Slidin’ Dirty are taking the loaded Nachos one step further. The mouthwatering possibilities just expanded. Not only can you order “Loaded Pig” as nachos, you can now get them as loaded fries. Just imagine cheddar cheese sauce, pulled pork, pico de gallo, scallions, corn and black bean salsa, all piled atop perfectly golden French fries. Seasoned with Dirty Dust, of course.
There is a lot going on at the Schenectady location. For the brainiacs among us, Trivia Tuesday will kick off at 8 p.m. every Tuesday. In the spirit of spirits, Whiskey Wednesday will feature 2 for 1 spirits after 6 p.m. And of course, happy hour Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
