Relex Development and the Community Agency for Rural Development in Myanmar will host an academic conference this Friday in Yangon Myanmar.

The lineup for the joint event (hosted by a real estate and infrastructure development investment company and an NGO) is rife with heavyweight intellectuals from across the globe. The conference will focus on Digital Economic Transformations in South Asia and Southeast Asia-Opportunities for Collaboration.

The event will be at the Sedona Hotel in Yangon from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Invitations are free for the public and available by emailing Mr. Robert Aung Kyaw Oo at robertkyawoo90@gmail.com. Individuals can reach Relex at hello@relex.io for further information, as well.

On Feb. 10, participants and speakers will be taken on a city tour of Yangon, hosted by CAD.

Relex and CAD recently agreed to work together to help build roads in rural Myanmar, connecting 100,000 individuals to healthcare and education systems in major cities.

Current development plans in Myanmar between Relex and CAD also include a private University. Having recently emerged from a strict military rule, Myanmar is one of the few truly frontier areas remaining in the modern world. With a quickly growing GDP and loosening restrictions for foreign capital, Myanmar is a dynamic place to begin developing wealth.
