Relex Development relocates to Charleston, South Carolina in response to strong governmental interest in Relex Infrastructure
Relex Development relocated to a new office space in Charleston, SC in response to growing interest in its plans for infrastructure development from the Charleston government.
The move was precipitated by a 200 million RLX fund sequestered by the team to promote growth in the infrastructure sector.
Additional infrastructure opportunities have also begun to take root in Suifenhe, China (a key border crossing trade-town between China and Russia), Myanmar, Vietnam, and Russia.

T Michael Lutas, Director of Business Intelligence, has been diligently building the case for Relex Infrastructure in Charleston. The interest that the local government has shown warranted the relocation of the U.S. Relex office to South Carolina.

Earlier this year, the deputy mayor of Suifenhe, China met with Relex to align plans for Relex Infrastructure’s assistance in the region. Similar talks have also been occurring in Vladivostok, Russia.
During the invite-only meeting in San Francisco yesterday, delegates from the Vietnamese government also showed interest in furthering collaboration with Relex Development.
