Relex ends sign-ups for second loyalty program, details inside

Relex Development has concluded the entry period for the second wave of a new tokenomic structure in which RLX holders could voluntarily lock-up their tokens for 13 months via the Relex Capital investment platform.

The first loyalty program was offered from Feb. 2 to Feb. 9, and then a second loyalty program sign-up ran from Feb. 9 to Feb. 22.

A total of 75,600,000 RLX was collected in the RLXR2 loyalty program, constituting 3.78 percent of the total supply of RLX locked up for the next year. The RLXR1 loyalty program collected 36,700,000 RLX, equivalent to 1.835 percent of the total supply.

Of the total supply of RLX, 5.615% has been locked up for the next 13 months by the RLXR1 and RLXR2 loyalty programs.

Full Details Regarding the Second Loyalty Program (RLXR2):

1. Individuals who hold RLXR2 receive a status level in the loyalty program equivalent to the whole number of RLXR2 loyalty tokens they hold.
2. Every month over the next 12 months, individuals who are members of the RLXR2 Loyalty Program will receive 1,500 RLX per RLXR2 Loyalty Program rank.
3. At the end of the 13 months, individuals will be able to reclaim their original RLX by redeeming their RLXR2 for 100,000 RLX each. Regardless of reclamation or not, the start of the thirteenth month marks the cessation of the loyalty program.
4. Individuals will have one year to trade their RLXR2 tokens for RLX tokens after the loyalty program ends.
5. The RLXR2 token can be used to invest in projects on the Relex Capital investment portal throughout the lockup period, but doing so would void the ability to trade that token for 100,000 RLX and void the loyalty program rank.
6. Only whole denominations of RLXR2 will be accepted. Divisions of tokens will be voided.
7. RLX tokens locked-up will remain in the lock-up wallet over the duration, unless an individual uses his or her RLXR2 to invest on the Relex Capital portal (in which case, the corresponding RLX would be removed).

Individuals were able to use up to 50 percent of their RLX wallet balance to obtain RLXR2.

As a token, RLXR2 can be gifted to others at any time with the full rights to 100,000 RLX transferred with the ERC-20 token.

The RLXR2 token doesn’t raise the circulating supply. It doesn’t introduce any new projects. It doesn’t give the team more tokens to trade (in fact, it reduces this amount monthly by the 1,500 RLX allotment sent per each RLXR2 token).

No additional loyalty programs are currently being offered.
