Relex Invited to Canada to Discuss Scaling, Acceleration, Incubation Solutions for Future Growth
Relex was invited to Express Bootcamp Toronto on May 15th- May 17th. Led by the initiative of Andrea Romaoli Garcia, head of Relex LATAM division with a focus on marketing and official representative to Latin America and Caribbean by the UN and ICANN, the Relex team will be speaking with investors, discussing growth scaling with accelerators and incubators, and considering the advantages of Canadian jurisdiction to set up and scale Relex activities within Canada.
The event will also cover incorporation in Canada, tax benefits and grants available, and angel investment and venture capital solutions. This will involve an assessment of the legal environment of Canada for the potential establishment of Relex Canada, as well as an assessment of projects to cooperate with on the Relex Capital platform. Relex will be exploring characteristics of the Canadian jurisdiction, similarly as they did with Belarus, to determine the optimal operating environment for its further expansion.
For background information, Belarus recently launched a bold new legislation ‘Decree №8’. This Decree on the Development of Digital Economy has allowed companies in blockchain and new digital economy attracted to Belarus to rapidly expand with supportive legislation, and other nations are sitting up and taking notice. Relex was recently approved to raise over $50 million USD via crowdfunding from the jurisdiction of the Republic of Belarus.
