An abroad journey of treasuring a mother tongue
The world is a big place full of opportunities, and English is still a global language spoken by the developed markets of the West, as well as developing markets of the East, including India and South East Asia and China, which is a growing economy that seeks to expand its influence throughout the globe. So it’s not a surprise that having multilingual fluency is a beneficial skill for those outside a Western country seeking to improve their future prospects in life and in business from their current economies.
My upbringing and education is American English, and I find it unfortunate and personally disheartening when the prevalence of poor American English continues to thrive outside America. American English culture and creativity remains valuable and worth sharing to ensure its prominence and longevity.
I share the values of passion, patience, diligence, and excellence in cultivating and treasuring discovery, thinking and reflection, creativity inside the culture, reasoned logic, articulated expression, and critical thinking that comes with the English language.
