What Does It Mean?

‘The Last Thing on My Mind’

The correct meaning than its literal one

When we say this phrase, ‘The last thing on my mind’, it’s meant to say it would be the very last thing in our minds to think about. This is to imply that our thoughts go in order of priorities. So if it would be the last thing we would think about, then it would be our last priority.
