Everyday is Women’s Day
Diversity and Inclusion is something which we take very seriously here at Cinqueon. So we have actively taken chances and promoted people with non-traditional background. We believe this diversity is what helps us grow and sustain.
One such instance was hiring a 48 year old Mother of two, who was doing her Masters at the age when most might be planning for their impending retirement. We had similarly on boarded a mother of two returning from a 7 year hiatus. We believe in giving a chance for people to prove their mettle.
The intern had joined us as a Data Science intern while studying at Amrita University, Bengaluru. She worked on anomaly detection on real time data while she was with us.
