Hello Everyone!

My name is Shebin John, and I am an Ambassador to Midex Project.

As I spent a considerable amount of time in Telegram and other social media to catch up with my work and help the projects I support, I saw same questions being repeated each and every time in Midex’s Telegram Channel after the ICO has finished.

So, I thought to create a Post which includes the most Frequently Asked Questions about Midex after the ICO has been finished.

Below are some of the FAQ about Midex. If your question was answered, feel free to give it a thumbs up! And if you have a new problem, please comment, so that we may add an answer to that in here.

  1. When will the Token be exchange listed?
Ans: Our team is actively negotiating with representatives of major cryptocurrency exchanges for the official listing of the MDX token.
(This answer will be updated once we get an official announcement)
  2. When will the Token be available to withdraw to our ETH Address?
Ans: The token is already present in your ETH wallet which you used to contribute to smart contract.
  3. Which exchanges will it be listed first?
Ans: Initially it will be listed in our own Midex Exchange, the exact date will be announced soon. Probably by mid/end of May.
After that, we will also try to list in other significant exchanges. No names or dates until we get a confirmation from exchanges.

More detail with step by step process will be announced soon.

  9. When will the bounty distribution take place?
Ans: During the Midex Token sale, the company Midex led a bounty program. A lot of participants supported our project. Our bounty managers are working on the verification of each entry.
Your questions can be asked in our official Midex chat in Telegram by the link https://t.me/midex_eng
  10. When moon? When Price rises?
Ans: That depends on the market, and the team does not manipulate the market. We work hard to create the best project, and you can value that effort to the value of our Token.
  11. What will be the initial price?
Ans: The ICO Token sale ended at a price of $1.2 (around 0.003ETH) per Token, so we assume the price initially to be around that in USD value and change as the market decides.
  12. Which wallet can I store MDX?
    Ans:
You can store your MDX in MyEtherWallet or MetaMask
    Or
You can save your MDX in any of your ETH Addresses where you have access to it’s Private Key (Including Ledger or Trezor Cold Storage)

    Proof: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2714588.msg34985567#msg34985567
  14. Why does Midex require Private Key to transfer MDX?
Ans: The key is needed to sign your transaction, and we don’t save or watch your key. This method is MyEtherWallet website analogue. It works the following way: There is a cryptocurrency node for Etherium. So the node is the distribution programme packages which are provided by ETH developers. Any website including Midex refers to that node by API to transfer transaction which afterwards sends to the blockchain. On the moment of sending the transaction from site to the node, it is necessary to sign up the transaction by your private key. The transaction is signed and send. During this process, your private key is not sending anywhere and the transaction is sending already encrypted.
Only the private key from the wallet created on our website needs to share their Private Key
  15. How to see MDX Token in MEW or any other portfolio?
Ans: Please use the below details to see MDX Token in your ETH Wallet
    Symbol: MDX
    Contract Address: 0xeb72f169016fec42b63ae5e87207f0fb274408c7
    Decimal: 18
  16. Do I have a doubt regarding bounty, whom shall I contact?
Ans: If it is a general doubt, please ask us at our official Telegram Address: https://t.me/midex_eng
If it is specific to your problem, please contact our Project Manager, Natasha Lukina at Telegram: https://t.me/koposhist
  17. How many languages will the Midex Exchange support?
At the moment we use two languages: Russian and English.
But technically the system is arranged so that any number of languages can be implemented in one working day. At the moment translators are working on the texts, and as soon as they are finished, we will notify about it.
  18. I have heard that the different software used by Midex can handle 1.5 million orders per second. Is it true?
We declare the speed of 1.5 million orders per second based on bench tests, which we conducted on the demo exchange. This figure is the total value of parallel performance on all currency pairs of the exchange, which are planned after launch. On one currency pair speed: 6000 orders per second. But we successfully tested an alternative stack of technologies, which allows us to increase this number to 50,000 per second. In these calculations, it is essential to understand that the exchange works in such a way that the loads are distributed over currency pairs, so we can use multiplication of numbers to show the final performance for comparison with competing sites and their number of currency pairs.

These are some of the frequently asked questions in the Group. This will be updated with more questions and updated answers as time passes.

As said before, if your question is not answered here, please let us know in the comments.
